Transcripts: Cancel a Transcript Request

To cancel a transcript order, send an email to the Office of the Registrar at with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your student ID number
  • The Parchment order number or Document ID number

Transcript orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 days, so we encourage you to send a cancellation request within 24 hours of your initial order.

While you may call to cancel a transcript order, we recommend submitting your request in writing to the email address listed above.
