When to Pay
UMUC tuition and fees are due in full at the time of registration (unless you're enrolled in our interest-free monthly payment plan or receiving financial aid or employer tuition assistance).
If you register by mail, fax, or in person, payment must accompany your registration.
If you register online, payment is due with your registration or must be mailed the day of registration.
A brief grace period is granted to allow time for payment to be delivered by mail. If payment for your online registration is not received by the end of the grace period, your registration may be canceled (unless you're receiving financial aid or employer tuition assistance or have enrolled in our monthly payment plan).
Not paying for a course does not relieve you of your financial obligation to the university.
The length of the grace period allowed for payment to arrive depends on how late you register for classes.
