Toward a Master's Degree
Financial Management, Cyber Security, and IT Graduate Programs with Transfer Credits from iCollege
If you have graduated from National Defense University with a certification from iCollege, you may be eligible to transfer as many as 18 graduate credits toward a graduate degree at University of Maryland University College.
To participate in the partnership programs, you must have completed the specific certifications from NDU listed below. All coursework for the degree, including courses taken at NDU, must be completed within a seven-year window. You must submit official transcripts from NDU for review, along with the transfer credit evaluation request form to see if you meet the eligibility requirements.
After completing certain master's degrees, you can earn your Master of Business Administration by completing just three additional courses.

Chief Financial Officer Certification to MS in Management with a Specialization in Financial Management
Graduates of the iCollege Chief Financial Officer certificate program may transfer up to 15 credits toward the Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Financial Management.
Graduates of the iCollege Cyber-Security certificate (formerly known as Information Assurance 4011) may transfer 9 credits toward the Master of Science in Information Technology with specialization in Information Assurance.
Information Technology Project Management Certification to MS in IT with a Specialization in Project Management
Graduates of the iCollege Information Technology Project Management certificate may transfer 12 credits toward the Master of Science in Information Technology with specialization in Project Management.
