Marketing Communications

The certificate in marketing communications combines courses in communications and customer service with technological skills, preparing students for technology-related marketing areas such as testing, planning, training, and customer assistance. Emphasis is on applying principles of continuous improvement to communication between and the organization and on communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.

Note: Students without prior computing experience should first take CMST 103 Application Software or IFSM 201 Introduction to Computer-Based Systems. Students without prior business experience should first take BMGT 110 Introduction to Business and Management.
