Leadership Development Program (LDP)®
A Five-Day Program for Mid- to Upper Level Managers and Executives

If you’re an experienced, successful leader who wants to further hone your skills and move to the next level, the five-day Leadership Development Program (LDP)® is right for you.

Program Overview

Through increased self-awareness of your strengths and weaknesses, exercises to build the ability to lead others, and one-on-one feedback from an experienced coach, you will acquire all of the tools necessary to further enhance your leadership development. Preview the Program Schedule

Pre-Course Work

Participants will be asked to fill out several assessment surveys in advance. Certain surveys require that your direct reports, peers, and superiors complete evaluations as well. The surveys are time sensitive, so it is important that you pay attention to the deadline for completion.

Optional Follow-Up Coaching

Follow-up coaching is available to assess your progress toward your goals and support your continued development. Follow-up coaching sessions are available three months after completion of the program and may be conducted by telephone or face-to-face.

• LDP Commuter Tuition - $6,800
• LDP Resident Tuition - $7,730*
• Optional Follow-up Coaching Session - $1,000 for three hours
