Leadership Development Program (LDP)®
This five-day program is designed to help executives, middle- and upper-level managers be more effective and successful leaders. Optional follow-up coaching available.

Foundations of Leadership (FOL)
Designed for managers in the earlier stages of their careers, this three-day program teaches the basics of effective leadership. Optional follow-up coaching available.

Online Leadership Assessment Program (OLAP)®
Designed to meet the needs of busy managers, this new program delivers personalized leadership training and coaching directly to you.

Negotiating Conflict Program
In this 3-day program participants use feedback from a 360 assessment of their conflict behaviors and learn to practice techniques of influence and negotiation by maneuvering through innovative simulations requiring them to make decisions from competing interests.

Conflict Dynamics Profile ® (CDP) Certification Class
This one-day program gives human resources, development and coaching professionals the opportunity to be formally certified to use the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) in their work.

Executive Coaching Program
This program offers managers the opportunity to accelerate professional development through one-on-one coaching.
