McKeldin Library, College Park
UMUC Reference Office

UMUC students can use the McKeldin Library on the College Park campus any time during regular library hours. See our brochure about resources available to UMUC students at University of Maryland College Park (UMCP) libraries.

UMUC students can also use McKeldin Library during the Late Night Study hours from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. However, if you feel that you may need to enter the area after 11 p.m. or depart and return after 11 p.m., you will need a Late Night Study Access Card to gain access to the building. Use the Late Night Study Access Card Application Form to apply for a Late Night Study card. 

An Information and Library Services staff member is available at the McKeldin Library to work with students one-on-one. Use the appointment request form to schedule an appointment or call 301-405-9115. To ask a question after normal business hours, try our 24 hour e-mail and chat services.

Dorsey Station Library
Library services and circulation location

UMUC's Dorsey Station location has a library where students, faculty, and staff can obtain reference and research help, use the library's online catalog and collection of subscription databases, study, use computers, and pick up and return books and other circulating items from any University System of Maryland and affiliated institutions (USMAI) library.  The library also offers a small circulating collection. Waldorf Center for Higher Education
Circulation location only

The Waldorf Center for Higher Education is a UMUC circulation location. UMUC students, faculty, and staff can use the USMAI library catalog to request a book and have it delivered to the Waldorf Center from any USMAI library.
