Registration: How do I register for classes online?

Step 1: Go to www.umuc.edu, click Course Registration on the navigation bar, and select Schedule of Classes from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Search for a class by Semester/Session Dates, Location (including online), and Subject. Make a note of the class number of the class you wish to enroll in. You will need it later while enrolling through your MyUMUC Student Center.

Step 3: Log into your Student Center at  my.umuc.edu. Click MyAcademics on the menu bar at the top of the page and then select Enrollment.

Step 4: On the Select Term page, select a Term and then click Continue.

Step 5: On the Add to Cart screen, enter the class number you noted in Step 2. Select a location to search for class sections. Choose Class Search, My Requirements, or My Planner and then click the Search button.

Step 6: On the Select classes to add - Enrollment Preferences screen, click Next to add the class to your shopping cart.

Step 7: When your shopping cart appears displaying the course you selected, click Proceed to Step 2 of 3.

Step 8: On the Confirm Classes page, click Finish Enrolling.

Step 9: Enrollment confirmation will appear on the View results page.
