Biography
Dr. Sung currently serves as assistant director of Outcomes Assessment within the UMUC Office of Outcomes Assessment. His responsibilities include facilitating the design and analysis of a variety of learning assessment activities. Prior to UMUC, he earned his PhD at the University of Minnesota where he also served as a statistical consultant for the University of Minnesota Medical School. Dr. Sung has been at UMUC since October 2005.
Nomination Essay
Since arriving at UMUC, Dr. Sung has worked with a wide variety of faculty and staff from within both SUS and GSMT. He has become very involved in diversity initiatives and other university activities. As a very dedicated staff member, Dr. Sung will effectively fulfill the responsibilies of the Staff Advisory Council.
