Biography
I finished my bachelor's and am working on master's at UMUC. I started working in the IT department in April '06 as a help desk technician. I just accepted the position of applications trainer (starting 10/02/06). I enjoy helping people and simplifying otherwise complex concepts.

I have always been interested in being more involved in the community and in lobbying on behalf of my peers.
