You can find out more about your degree requirements on MyUMUC in your Academic Advisement Report (AAR). This official degree audit contains detailed information regarding specific courses, both completed and remaining, to which you and your advisor should refer when making course selections or planning future terms.
For Undergraduate Students
Once you have been admitted to UMUC and submitted official documents for all of your educational experience, including two- and four-year college transcripts, military coursework and experience, credit-by-examination, professional training, and certifications, an AAR or will be automatically completed for you.
For Graduate Students
Once you have been admitted to UMUC, an AAR will be automatically processed for you. If you have graduate transfer credit, learn what you need to know to apply them and keep your degree on a fast track with our transfer credit policies.

You can access your AAR through MyUMUC.
- Log in to MyUMUC.
- In the left navigation under My Menu select Student Center.
- On the left or across the top go to My Academics.
- Select View My Advisement Report.
My Progress to Degree
For a quicker and more streamlined look at your degree progress, check out the My Progress to Degree tool within MyUMUC. You can quickly see how close you are to earning your degree and what you still need to complete it. The tool displays a continuously updated gauge indicating the current percentage of completion toward your degree, based on the credits you've earned, along with
- an outline showing which courses remain to be completed for your degree
- a quick link to your Academic Advisement Report (AAR)
- an easier way to access graduation application/status and completed programs information
